What are the chances of HIV/AIDS being transmitted through a condom during ?

A long time I heard that the chances were 1 out of 100, 1%. Well if you've been having with hundreds of prostitutes, then the chances of catching it are good. I've read different things: in the book Brothel, the author writes how there are no reported cases of HIV/AIDS being transmitted through a condom during with one of the legal prostitutes there, but then I've read that the incidence of HIV/AIDS in Asian prostitutes is as high as two-thirds. That could be because they are having unprotected , though. So if you are always careful and always use a condom, what are the odds?

HDD givng an error...?

Whenever i open the my xternal HDD....it gives an error msg... isnt accessible..the file or directory is corrupted and unreadable....i tried chkdsk utility...but it dsnt get strtd....help me gys...i got lot os stuff in dat 500 GB hDD

What is the best footwear for children?

I was at wal-mart yesterday and was noticing the different types of footwear the children were wearing. I usually don't notice this stuff, but yesterday I did. Amway some of them were wearing sandals, some flip flops, crocs were common and some were wearing tennis shoes and socks. I noticed the kids wearing tennis shoes had the most natural walk while the other footwear mainly flip flops seemed somewhat restrictive. In other words you can tell that their not wearing regular shoes without even seeing their feet. It seems to me that tennis shoes are best from what I seen and from my own experiences. What say you?

Can you use an iron on decal on a crochet blanket?

I'm crocheting my first baby blanket and I'd like to put an iron-on winnie the pooh on it for my baby's nursery. Can I do that? Will it ruin my blanket? If nothing else, could I cut out a piece of fabric matching the decal and put it underneath the blanket with the decal on top of the blanket (like a sandwich) so that the glue has something to grab onto through the holes? The holes are pretty tight, too. You can barely see through them. Thanks in advance for any advice, and please be gentle. I'm a beginner!
