Help me believe in God again?

Just keep doing what you've done all the time. Skepticism and doubt are phases, when you know. Not fun phases, but phases p. When I was 15 (boy that was a LONG time ago!) I was in a similar phase, but I was counseled to pray, go to church regularly, and keep knowing. Doubt is human, and God understands. Belief and knowlege are different. I will pray for you.
