Fitness after eating disorder?
well you are actually underweight so your nutritionist is right. See, your problem is in that first sentence you typed. How can you look good if you don't feel good? You have to become more confident about yourself and love your body for how it is. Only then can people lose or gain weight and become HEALTHY. If your previous reasons for losing weight was anything other than to become a healthier person, then you weren't thinking in the right way. Stop comparing yourself to others and love who you are! Take a step, little by little, in eating more and not obsessing on what you see in the mirror and ignore all body bash talk. Just go out with your friends and family and have fun! (and EAT!)
