Can Metabank(Sbbt) hold my refund?

I went through Taxbrain & opted to have my fees deducted from my tax refund. My refund proceeds were sent to Sbbt on 3/19/2010. I logged onto their website and it stated that my refund was received and sent to my bank account. They stated that I should allow 1-2 business days for my deposit to post. That's fine and dandy but my problem is this: A lot of my family and friends went through Taxbrain and elected to have fees deducted as well. Sbbt received their refund but their money was in there account on Friday! This worried me so I sent an email to sbbt through their site. I received a reply from a CSR who told me to contact the "Risk ysis" dept. I spoke with a guy named Greg who stated that my refund was being held by Sbbt but he didn't know why! Is there a scam going on? Should I truly be worried about them holding my refund? They asked for a lot of personal information and I'm concerned that I won't receive my refund. I just don't feel like they would say they sent my refund if they actually held it for some unknown reason. Any help/answers would be appreciated.
