How much on average would an equine nutritionist earn?

They get a whole lot of money, that is for sure. About $100,000 and more. I don't know pounds, sorry :/ It varies who you work for and what exactly your doing. Like the ones that work for equine food companies to design food get a lot. From what I know is that you need an animal science degree with equine emphasis which is a bachelors degree. Then you would go to a college to get your masters in it and that is when you specialize more in the equine nutrition field. I'm thinking about changing my major to this and this is the answer the head of the agriculture gave to me. I know someone on yahoo answers that is an equine nutritionist and you could ask them some questions about it. Just PM if your interested and I'll give you them their name. They don't mind answering questions but I don't feel obliged to give it out.
