Mamma Mia: What are the shiny suits with the bell bottoms/sleeves that the three women wore called?

In the Broadway stage show Mamma Mia, Donna and her two sisters perform a number at Sophie's bachelorette party. They were wearing relatively tight fitting, glittery suits with bell bottoms and huge bell sleeves. Later the three possible fathers were wearing similar suits. What are those suits called? Does anyone know where I could get one?
