What SF story is this?

Is a futuristic story. Inmates are not put in jail anymore, they are put to work by taking control of their bodies. They worked in shifts and while working they have absolutely no control. A man and a women, both prisoners, meet and in one instance, while off-duty, she attempts ual advances on the male, who's working.
