Has anyone been to Morocco or Tunisia?

I've been doing some reading up on these places, and on some websites, women who are white (and especially blondes) have said they have been harred and/or groped by locals! Has anyone had this experience? And, if so, would it help if I dyed my hair brown for the trip..and maybe go tanning a bit beforehand? ( I get really dark when I tan, I have Italian heritage) I don't want to be harred, but I really would love to see North Africa! Any advice would be appreciated.
