How do I manage diarrhea?

I have emitted liquid feces about 40 times since 11 PM last night, and I ran out of toilet paper so I had to start using paper towel. Every time I make a bowel movement, it feels as though I am expelling fire through my , and every wipe invokes a pain so great, it makes me sweat profusely and clench all the muscles in my body. It seems that my is raw from the excessive wiping, and the feces coming into contact with its bloody rim causes the extreme pain. What should I do?
