I am really lame and i feel so bad for a friend (not close) of mine because she was getting bored?

Well maybe she felt "out of place" because you're with your best friend. Don't think of yourself as boring, you might just have no similar interests, Rose might like parties and stuff like that, next time try to ask her questions about whatever you and Jane are talking about. :)
