I just had my wisdom teeth pulled.. about three hours ago.. and I want to smoke to relieve pain.. best way??

I know I cannot smoke a cig, or joint or anything.. or even out of a pipe.. but would a water pipe/bong be bad.. its not sucking.. or more of taking a deep inhale right??
