Prego and Mothers only please!!!!!!!?

My questions is kind of to much information but it is necesary to say it. I have this kind of pain since friday morning and today it is killing me! Have any of you feel a pain in the lower back right in the sacrum bone. But this pain is so annoying and pain full my rectum o is killing me of the pain. I had bowel movement so I do not think I need to use the bathroom. My doctor didn't give to much importance but it really hurt. Any information that can help me anyone please!!!! Thanks.
