Any tips at all for an incoming freshman to UC Berkeley- academics and life?

Hey, I got into CAL and I want to ask anybody that has experience to offer me and tips on attending CAL. ANything from picking cles to living at CAL. I'm housing at Foothill and I want to go into medicine. A lot fo people are majoring in biology, should I go with the flow? How should I pick my cles and manage credits? ANY TIPS AT ALL!!! best places to eat? hows the gym? how are the people!? is studying really gruesome becuase for me high school was a cakewalk! THANKS FOR ANY HELP PEOPLE!!!
