Has anyone tried the Purina One challenge for their cat?

did it really help the cat? How did your cat look and act after the 30 days, did it really make a difference? I thought I would try it with my cat. Today is day one. If nothing else at least I got a free bag of cat food out of it. He seems to really like the food a lot.
