Taking ssri's for 11 years slowly weaned off them stopped completely month ago on edge moody but ok any advice

have been taking tiny dose of lustral (12.5mg) for year and a half, stopped completely as encouraged to by doc, originally took them for traumatic event and just found them really hard to stop, however have been moody for last month, wander if anything might help, always found st johns wort ineffective, was told suffer from low stress tolerance, any suggestions appreciated
