Potty training an incredibly stubborn 4 yr old girl?

What was the best method that worked for you? Her thing is that she's a "powerful dino super hero" and they "don't have to use the potty"... Also, any tips on how to get her to sleep in her own bed? She claims the bed turns into a ghost at night...*eyeroll* She's very imaginative as you can tell... Thanks in advance!
