Can anyone explain...?

how things scientifically coincide. how down to the last detail evolution is responsible. a specific example: when a woman is ovulation, apparently she's more attractive to men. the immune system, the fight or flight response to keep us from danger. how do these systems develop naturally? i'm not religious, atheist. just curious.
